Between January and March, 148 heads of schools completed the survey questionnaire, querying them about their professional backgrounds, professional training, personal wellbeing, and relationship quality with the board. The survey also asked heads of school about various aspects of their respective schools, including fiscal health, organizational trust, climate, leadership challenges, and the quality of relationships between students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. These are some of the initial reports to come out of that effort.
